Winner: GHP Mental Health Awards 2025
I’m very pleased to share that I’ve been honoured with two awards at the GHP Mental Health Awards 2025: Best Transformational Expat Wellbeing Specialist 2025 (Spain) and the Excellence Award for Evidence-Based Psychological Techniques 2025.
As many of you know, my journey as a therapist and coach has been shaped by my own experiences as an expat and as a mother, balancing the challenges of family life, career, and being in a foreign country. These awards are a reflection of the work I do to support expats in navigating life transitions, stress, and the complexities that come with moving to a new country, adapting to a new culture, or facing life changes.
The Best Transformational Expat Wellbeing Specialist 2025 award highlights my commitment to creating a supportive and understanding space for expats, where they can feel empowered to take on life's challenges. The Excellence Award for Evidence-Based Psychological Techniques is a recognition of my focus on using scientifically proven approaches, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and CNS regulation, to help clients create lasting changes in their mental and emotional health.
The GHP Mental Health Awards are merit-based, meaning they focus on those making a real impact, regardless of company size or popularity. As an independent therapist in a field often dominated by larger players, it is particularly meaningful to be recognized for the work I do, which is rooted in compassion and practical therapeutic techniques.
I’m incredibly grateful to my clients and colleagues for their ongoing trust and support. This recognition is a testament to the work we’ve done together, and I’m excited to continue helping individuals—especially expats—overcome challenges and improve their well-being.
Thank you for being a part of this journey. If you or someone you know could benefit from support, I’m here to help.
