Psychological therapy will help you to identify patterns of thinking that no longer serve you and manage emotions that interfere with living your best life. My goal is to teach you evidence-based techniques that, once mastered, will allow you to continue the work of therapy independently.
Psychological Therapy
I offer one-to-one sessions (in-person and online) for adults experiencing common emotional difficulties or those who are seeking life coaching. Therapy is a space where you can be your full, authentic self. Together we’ll explore the many facets of your life using evidence-based psychological techniques, while you gain practical tools that will help pave the way for growth. My approach is collaborative and active. Sessions are structured and I will teach you new skills to help change patterns thinking, behaviour and emotional responding, that may be causing you distress.
In a warm, empathic, non-judgmental therapy space, my goal is to help you to:
