Welcome! I am Sara, an English-speaking Therapist and Coach based in Barcelona, and working with clients worldwide. Originally a UK Chartered Psychologist, I have over 15 years experience of helping adults of diverse cultures and backgrounds, I tackle lifestyle and work challenges, health problems and emotional issues in a compassionate and solution-focused manner. If you feel that change is proving challenging, my goal is to enable you to regain control and balance of your life, relationships and career.
As a therapist, I specialise in treating anxiety, stress and burnout, relationship and adjustment difficulties, and other emotional concerns. My approach is practical, integrative and personalised to your needs, with a focus on developing your personal toolkit to build psychological flexibility and resilience, and optimise your wellbeing.
In a corporate and Business Psychology capacity, I work with Boards to support executive development and wellbeing through tailored coaching, unlocking insights and capacities that support the individual, organisation and society more broadly.
Sessions are in-person and online, depending on your needs.

What is therapy?
Choosing the right therapist can sometimes be confusing, as unlike medical treatment, there are fewer guideposts in finding effective, science-based care. Expat Therapy and Coaching
As an expat myself, I understand the unique challenges that come with living, studying and working abroad – not only the excitement and possibility of living as an expat, but also the difficulties of moving, settling, and feeling grounded in a new home. From the culture shock and feelings of homesickness to the lack of sleep and despairing over paperwork, expats can easily succumb to stress and mental health challenges. I can help you find your balance and grounding when you feel uprooted and displaced.
